Role
Arabic Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The editor handles end-to-end editing of ads, reels, social content, and podcasts, including cutting footage, assembling narrative sequences, and integrating audio.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with producers, directors, and strategists to interpret creative briefs.
- Apply color grading and motion graphics and align content with brand guidelines and performance goals.
- Adapt content for multiple platforms, maintain organized project files, and meet tight deadlines.
- Contribute creative ideas to visual storytelling for Arabic-focused campaigns.
Qualifications
- Strong video production and video editing skills, including experience with industry-standard editing software.
- Skills in video color grading, motion graphics, and graphics for titles, overlays, and other visual elements.
- Native or fluent Arabic proficiency and a strong understanding of Arabic digital content trends; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Experience editing social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, with attention to performance and engagement.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced studio, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Creative problem-solving, collaboration, and openness to feedback from cross-functional teams.
- Relevant film, media, design, or related education or training, or equivalent professional experience.
