Arabic Speaking Shipping Operations & Documentation Coordinator

Overview

Responsibilities

• Follow up and manage import, export, and transit shipments.
• Prepare and review shipping documentation (B/L, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, transport providers, and customs brokers.
• Monitor open shipment files and ensure timely updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
• Handle customer inquiries and shipment status updates.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Support operational and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or Customs Clearance.
• Freight Forwarding experience is mandatory.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and shipment procedures.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Currently based in the UAE.

Preferred

• Experience in import/export operations.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Immediate joining preferred.
