W3 Solutionz is hiring an **Arabic-Speaking Junior Consultant** to support consulting, documentation, coordination, research, and client communication activities for government, semi-government, real estate, facilities management, and corporate consulting projects in the UAE.
This is an entry-level role suitable for **fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience** who are interested in building a career in consulting, business advisory, compliance, ISO standards, quality management, sustainability, governance, customer experience, and operational improvement.
The candidate should be confident in Arabic and English communication, organized, presentable, and willing to learn how consulting projects are delivered for professional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Support senior consultants in consulting and advisory projects for government, semi-government, real estate, facilities management, and corporate clients.
Prepare project documents, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, forms, trackers, and client communication materials in Arabic and English.
Assist in collecting information, documents, records, approvals, and project updates from clients.
Support projects related to ISO certification, quality management, occupational health and safety, environmental management, information security, business continuity, sustainability, governance, customer service improvement, and operational excellence.
Attend client meetings with senior consultants, take notes, prepare action points, and follow up on pending tasks.
Conduct basic research on client requirements, industry practices, government requirements, benchmarking, and service improvement ideas.
Assist in document review, gap assessment support, internal audit preparation, process mapping, and implementation activities.
Translate, review, or improve Arabic content where required, including policies, procedures, reports, surveys, presentations, and official communication.
Maintain proper project files, records, checklists, trackers, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
Support proposal preparation, project planning, and client presentations when required.
Represent W3 Solutionz professionally during client interactions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare professional documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Good writing skills in Arabic and English.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
Willingness to learn consulting, ISO standards, auditing, sustainability, compliance, and business improvement services.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
