We are hiring female Arabic-Speaking HR Recruiter to join our team.
Mandatory Requirements
- -Previous experience in HR Recruitment is required
- Experience in employee onboarding and joining formalities is required
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Must be comfortable appearing in video shoots and recruitment marketing content
- Strong communication and candidate management skills
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates
Managing employee onboarding and documentation
Coordinating joining processes and employee records
Creating recruitment-related content and participating in company video shoots
