Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Dubai team.

This role is pivotal in providing high-level administrative support to our senior leadership, ensuring seamless office operations and professional communication with our diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Executive Support:**
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule high-priority meetings, and coordinate international travel itineraries.
  • **Communication Liaison:**
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, maintaining the firm’s professional standards.
  • **Multilingual Documentation:**
  • Draft, translate, and proofread official correspondence and reports in both
  • Arabic and English

Qualifications
