This is a full-time on-site role for Arabic speaking Travel agent, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Travel agent will engage directly with clients to understand their travel needs, interests, and budgets, and convert these into custom travel plans.
Responsibilities
include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating prices, and closing sales.
The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat business and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- **Native Arabic speaking is a must.**
- **2 year Holiday Packages sales experience**
- Knowledge of travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency sales tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
