About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and professional Arabic-speaking Junior Call Center Agent to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential customers from our existing database, conduct welcome calls, follow up on previous leads, and re-engage interested prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct welcome calls to new potential leads.
- Follow up with previous leads and maintain regular communication.
- Re-activate dormant or inactive leads and identify renewed interest.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about our services.
- Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Update customer records and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Meet daily call and follow-up targets while providing professional customer service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arabic Speaker.
- Experience in customer service and real estate.
- Strong knowledge in UAE real estate market.
- Experience dealing with property buyers, investors, or real estate leads is an advantage.
