Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize SAP OpenText ECM Content Server solutions to meet client specifications.
- Integrate content management functionalities with enterprise applications through APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Perform system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain documentation of system architecture, configurations, and customizations.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in SAP OpenText ECM Content Server development and administration
- Strong experience with Java, SQL, and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end customization
- Experience in integrating OpenText APIs into enterprise systems
- Understanding of database management with Oracle or SQL Server
- Preferred
- Relevant certifications in SAP or OpenText technologies
- Experience working on-site in UAE or the Middle East region
