Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and understanding)
• Valid residence visa
• **Preferably available and can join immediately**
• Active, flexible, and well-organized
• Working knowledge of general administrative practices
• Computer literate with moderate typing speed

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they arrive and assist them professionally
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
• Arrange follow-up appointments and provide reminder calls
• Coordinate with medical insurance providers regarding co-payments
• Verify payment methods and collect payments when required
• Perform general office duties (filing, photocopying, faxing, etc.)

• Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
