We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Arabic Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai.
This role is exclusively open to candidates with a (law firm background only) in-house or corporate experience will not be considered).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end litigation matters and legal proceedings
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, notices, and pleadings in Arabic
- Conduct legal research and provide accurate legal opinions
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and court procedures
Requirements
- LLB or equivalent law degree
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience from a law firm only
- Native or fluent Arabic speaker — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of UAE legal procedures
- Excellent drafting and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage cases in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة ومتابعة القضايا وإجراءات التقاضي بكافة مراحلها.
- إعداد وصياغة ومراجعة المستندات القانونية والإنذارات والمذكرات باللغة العربية.
- إجراء البحوث القانونية وتقديم الآراء والاستشارات القانونية الدقيقة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء والجهات الخارجية ذات الصلة.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل للقوانين واللوائح والإجراءات القضائية المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون (LLB) أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التقاضي ضمن مكتب محاماة.
- إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثًا وكتابةً (شرط أساسي).
- معرفة قوية بالإجراءات القانونية والقضائية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
- مهارات ممتازة في الصياغة القانونية والتواصل.
- القدرة على إدارة القضايا بشكل مستقل والعمل بكفاءة في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات.
