Role Description
We are looking for a
Freelance Ilt Trainer (Arabic & English)
for corporate capability-building assignments across the Middle East.
Role Requirements
- Arabic National with fluency in
Arabic & English
- 7–10 years of experience in:
• Learning & Development
- Capability Building
- Corporate Training
• Instructional Design And Content Creation
- Strong expertise in:
- Instructor-Led Training (ILT/VILT) facilitation
- Learning content development
- Coaching & learner engagement
- Must hold:
• Trainer Certification And Accreditation
- Coaching Certification (ICF/EMCC preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Front line, Mid Management & Leadership level behavioural training
- Corporate capability-building projects
- Working with multicultural teams and organizations
• Freelance And Project-based
- Virtual + onsite delivery
- GCC/Middle East travel may be required
