Overview
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- General understanding of the Fitness Industry
- External marketing, promotions, and prospecting for lead generation
- Conduct off-site promotions, distribute passes, and build local merchant relationships
- Collect leads through enrollment and member referrals
- Book membership appointments and meet or exceed monthly goals
- Follow up with newly enrolled members and provide customer service
- Maintain a clean and operational facility
- Assist in retaining members who request to cancel their membership
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Be reliable, flexible and have fantastic work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills
- Have a passion for health and fitness
- Assist in increasing the monthly revenue
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Computer
- Must know Arabic and English Language very well (Arab Nationality Only)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
