We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Female Business Development Executive** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
