Arabic Executive Assistant to CEO & Secretary

Position Overview

Requirements

• Two to three years of relevant experience.
• Construction or engineering experience is highly preferred.
• Arabic-speaking ability is highly preferred.
• Good English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with contracts, LPOs, quotations, invoices, project documents, and correspondence is advantageous.
• Willingness to accompany the CEO to meetings and site visits when required.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO schedules, meetings, emails, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Prepare and organize project and company documents.
• Follow up on projects, approvals, quotations, procurement, and site requirements.
• Prepare minutes of meetings, reports, letters, and official correspondence.
• Assist with HR and general administration when required.
• Prepare LPOs, invoices, trackers, and payment-related documents.
• Coordinate with engineers and accounts on important work.
• Prepare project submittals for consultants.

Pay

• Pay ranges from AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.

Work Location

• Work is performed in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
