About This Role
Full job description Apt Resources is looking for a ARABIC & ENGLISH speaking Receptionist / Admin Support to join our beauty lounge center, This role combines customer service responsibilities with essential administrative tasks.
Responsibilities::
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls in Tagalog, assisting callers as required
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing social media messages.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in ENGLISH AND ARABIC (both spoken and written)
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Must be currently in UAE - ABU DHABI
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
