Overview
We are seeking talented and versatile individuals to join our project team in a dual-focus role combining voice acting and data annotation.
The ideal candidate will bring characters, scripts, and narratives to life through vocal performance while also contributing to the accuracy and quality of project data through careful annotation and labeling.
This role is open to experienced professionals as well as students with relevant background in acting, voice acting, voice directing, broadcasting, or data-related work.
Voice Acting
- Deliver high-quality voice performances for project content, including characters, narration, and dialogue
- Interpret scripts accurately and convey emotion, tone, and personality through voice
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and audio engineers to achieve the desired vocal output
- Adapt vocal style, pacing, and delivery based on creative direction and feedback
- Perform multiple takes and revisions as needed to meet project standards
- Maintain vocal health and consistency across recording sessions
- Participate in script readings, rehearsals, and recording sessions on schedule
Data Annotation
- Accurately label, tag, and categorize audio, text, and related data according to project guidelines
- Transcribe and annotate spoken content, ensuring correct timing, phonetics, and contextual detail
- Review and validate annotations for consistency and quality
- Follow annotation standards and adapt to evolving labeling instructions
- Flag ambiguous, inconsistent, or problematic data for review
- Maintain organized records and meet annotation deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency with clear pronunciation and comprehension
- Demonstrable experience in at least one of the following fields: Acting (stage, film, or television)
- Voice acting (animation, dubbing, video games, audiobooks, etc.)
- Voice directing
- Broadcasting (radio, podcasting, announcing, or related)
- Strong vocal control, including range, clarity, and articulation
- Attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive, guideline-driven tasks
- Ability to take direction and adjust performance or work quickly
- Reliable schedule and professional approach to deadlines
- Basic familiarity with recording environments and microphone technique
- Comfort working with computers and annotation/labeling tools
Preferred Qualifications-
- Portfolio, demo reel, or showreel showcasing vocal range and performance
- Prior experience with data annotation, transcription, or content labeling
- Experience working with directed scripts or recording in a studio setting
- Ability to perform in multiple styles, accents, or character types
- Home recording setup capable of producing professional-quality audio (a plus, not required)
- Familiarity with annotation platforms or quality-assurance workflows
