Overview

-Minimum of 3 years experience in a Catering Company or hotel, experience in the Gulf will be an added advantage.

-Visit or cancelled visa preferred.

-Candidate will be required to do trade test.

Major responsibilities of a Arabic Cook are:

· Complete responsibility of Arabic food preparation for all meals periods.

· Sound technical knowledge of food preparation using various raw ingredients & meat products like beef, poultry, fish, seafood & lamb.

· Ability to produce a wide variety of Arabic appetizers, Stocks/Soups & Sauces, Main Courses, rice dishes & basic baked products.

Ability to do butchery for the same.

· Ensuring staff discipline in the section, proper communication and handover of shifts.

· Daily inspection of function sheets and production schedules.

· Production of all Food éléments contribution to the menu & buffet, proper stock rotation

· Responsible for proper storage and labeling procedures based on HACCP standards.

Ability to plan & execute basic festive menus & exposure to basic Khaleeji cuisine is also essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
