About This Role
Responsibilities: Prepare chicken, beef, rice, fries, and sauces as per standard recipes.
Strong understanding of seasoning, marination, sauce preparation, and flavour balancing. Ability to create rich, consistent, and well-balanced taste profiles
Maintain consistent NYC-style taste, portion, and presentation. Handle kitchen operations during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene Control stock and reduce wastage
Requirements: Experience in shawarma / grill / halal food/Arabic food. Knowledge of marination and sauces.
Menu Knowledge. Must follow instructions & recipes strictly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,600.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
