Key Responsibilities
- **Account Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications, presenting creative concepts, and ensuring project deliverables align with client goals.
- **Content Strategy & Creation:** Develop, curate, and execute comprehensive social media content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to various industry sectors.
- **Production Planning:** Conceptualize and build comprehensive shooting plans, shot lists, and moodboards for photo and video productions.
- **Campaign Execution:** Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency in copy, tone, and visual aesthetics.
- **Performance Tracking:** Monitor social media metrics and analytics to evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reports to clients.
Job Requirementsexperience & Technical Skills
- **Proven Experience:** Minimum of 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts and client relationships, preferably within an agency environment.
- **Content & Shoot Production:** Demonstrated experience in building detailed **shooting plans**, directing on-site content capture, and producing high-quality multimedia content.
- **Industry Versatility:** A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to adapt creative tones and visual styles across diverse commercial sectors (e.g., luxury brands, corporate clients, automotive, food & beverage, and healthcare).

- **Vivid Imagination & Creativity:** A highly creative mind capable of thinking outside the box to develop unique visual concepts, storytelling angles, and innovative digital trends.
