We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AR Director to join our finance team at Sweetwater Care in Toledo, Ohio and surrounding areas. As a key member of our organization, the AR Director will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivable department and ensuring the timely and accurate collection of payments from our patients. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team to achieve department goals and objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to improve accounts receivable productivity and efficiency
- Analyze and resolve complex billing and insurance issues
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve cash flow
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and payers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and manage department budget and forecasts
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
