Qualifications

• No prior plumbing experience required — we’re looking for individuals with the right attitude and a desire to learn.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in plumbing or another skilled trade.
• Hardworking, motivated, and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed.
• Strong attention to detail, critical-thinking skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong time-management skills.

• Flexibility to assist with warehouse operations, job-site support, and dispatch duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred.
• Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, delivery driving, automotive, dispatch, data entry, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbing technicians on job sites by gathering tools, delivering parts, and supporting daily service operations.
• Work in the warehouse to learn plumbing parts, tools, equipment, inventory, and company procedures.
• Participate in hands-on training, online technical courses, and ride-alongs with licensed plumbing technicians.
• Learn the fundamentals of residential plumbing, including tools, materials, equipment, and service procedures.
• Support technicians in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with daily operational tasks and collaborate with team members to keep jobs running smoothly.
• Cross-train on the dispatch desk and other operational functions as needed.
• Take initiative, ask questions, and actively develop new skills through training and on-the-job experience.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
