- Assist with general construction, assembly, and installation activities under supervision.
- Support electricians and installers with staging, preparation, and material handling; collaborate closely with site supervisors and crew leads.
- Perform basic tasks such as loading materials, handling tools, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.
- Assist with installation of racks, containment systems, cabling pathways, and related components.
- Support basic electrical tasks such as pulling wire and mounting boxes under supervision.
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and per instruction.
- Follow all job site safety rules and immediately report unsafe conditions; participate in safety meetings and required training.
- Learn to read and follow basic drawings and supervisor instructions to complete assigned tasks.
- Travel to project sites and support flexible work schedules as required to meet project milestones.
- Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn multiple trades to support project execution.
- 0–1 year of experience; no prior trade experience required (general labor or construction experience preferred).
- Interest in developing a career in construction or electrical trades.
- Strong work ethic, commitment to safety, and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced construction environments; willingness to travel.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds; basic hand tool familiarity preferred.
- High School diploma or GED required.
