Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Appointment Setter will contact prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce Elite Globex services and qualify interest.

This role includes scheduling and confirming meetings for sales consultants, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and following up on inbound and outbound leads.

The individual will coordinate calendars, manage rescheduling or cancellations, and ensure clients receive clear information about meeting details.

The role also involves collaborating with the sales team, sharing feedback from prospects, and supporting basic administrative tasks related to client outreach and appointment management.

Qualifications

  • Strong appointment-setting and appointment scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple calendars efficiently.
  • Experience in lead generation, including qualifying prospects and nurturing early-stage client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, professional phone and in-person etiquette.
  • Customer service skills focused on responsiveness, active listening, and problem-solving for diverse client needs.
  • Comfort using CRM or booking tools, basic proficiency in office software, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or sales support is preferred but not mandatory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
