Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

About This Role

The ABA Therapist is responsible for delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs to patients, primarily children with developmental and behavioral conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under supervision, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with Department of Health – Abu Dhabi standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs as designed by supervisors
• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with patients
• Record and track patient progress and behavior data
• Assist in behavior assessments and treatment planning
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to improve behavior and skills
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and structured therapy environment
• Educate caregivers on basic behavior management techniques
• Adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols
• Comply with all DOH regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Psychology
• Applied Behavior Analysis
• Special Education
• Or related field
• Valid DOH License as ABA Therapist / Behavior Therapist
• Certification in ABA (preferred)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
