Applied AI Value Architect

The role

What you’ll do

• Own customer outcomes from discovery through realized ROI for assigned process areas.
• Uncover business issues, develop executive value narratives, and lead business-value workshops.
• Build executive sponsorship and co-own change management with customer leaders.
• Design Center of Excellence roadmaps to build customer self-sufficiency.
• Steer global transformations across complex workstreams and use AI-assisted account planning and project management.
• Automate executive governance, including QBRs and steering committees.
• Use AI tools for technical outputs and partner with Applied Value Engineers on deep solution work.
• Champion platform adoption and build strategic expansion roadmaps.
• Provide R&D feedback based on evolving customer use cases.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years owning complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• Solid enterprise IT and business software background; SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and Oracle are examples.
• Use AI copilots to generate outputs and automations; heavy manual coding is not the focus.
• Proven process-improvement expertise.
• Experience orchestrating multi-region or business-unit transformations and mobilizing VP- or Director-level sponsors.
• Flawless English communication and executive presence.
• Deep understanding of Finance or Supply Chain domains.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or comparable technical studies; alternatively, Business/Economics with a technical minor.
• Frequent US travel is required. TN eligibility under CUSMA and continued valid TN status are required.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in Canada without company sponsorship, LMIA support, or employer-assisted work permits.

Compensation

• The stated base salary range is CAD 132,000–151,000; no salary cadence is specified.
• The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus or commission, equity, and benefits.
