Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Support application initiatives aligned with terminal technology strategy and operational priorities.
• Resolve incidents, investigate root causes, and drive continuous improvement and system reliability.
• Support OT software deployment, integration, testing, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and system integrators; resolve service requests within service levels and escalate complex issues.
• Maintain, configure, install, and replace IT/OT hardware and software while supporting change management.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of end-user support experience across software, hardware, and mobile devices, including troubleshooting.
• Hands-on OT infrastructure experience and knowledge of GOS, TOS, AD, MTS, OCR, SCADA, ECS, or comparable systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise IT standards in OT environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, ownership, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to obtain or renew a TWIC card and Port Access Card for terminal access.

Work environment

• Combines office-based work with regular visits to active terminal, yard, equipment, and construction areas.
• Requires adherence to HSSE and PPE requirements in operational areas.

Compensation

• Salary range is $80,000–$90,000 per year.
