Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deliver products and process improvements.
• Evaluate complex business and system processes and industry standards to resolve high-impact problems and projects.
• Provide programming expertise and ensure application design follows the architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Analyze issues and develop innovative solutions; advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
• Assess business risks, drive compliance, and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently.

Recommended qualifications

• Significant relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
• Extensive systems analysis and software application programming experience; experience managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject matter expertise in at least one applications development area.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly; demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.

Workplace

• Hybrid working model with up to two days working from home per week.
