Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation developing and managing applications. Five (5) years of experience must include: Designing and developing ASP.NET/.NET Core web-based applications and REST services for client-server environments which involve business process workflow and analytical data; Performing UI development, including using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to improve functionality of web-based applications; Developing high-performance multi-threaded applications using C# and VB.NET; Developing and maintaining ETL pipelines using PowerShell and Python to automate data extraction, transform and loading across multiple varying systems; Performing MS SQL and Oracle database design, performance tuning and application integration; Designing, implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins and Artifactory to automate build, test and deployment processes; and Maintaining source code repositories using Git tools ensuring version control best practices across development teams. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree and three (3) years of experience. Employer will accept pre- or post-Master’s degree experience. 40 hrs./wk.
