Role overview

Intermediate-level role contributing to application systems analysis and programming in coordination with the Technology team.

The role participates in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning, risk technology, and model development.
  • Implement application systems and programs for business and user-area needs.
  • Oversee analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and application support.
  • Analyze complex issues and evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Recommend security measures based on post-implementation analysis.
  • Consult with users, clients, and technology groups and recommend programming solutions.
  • Define operating standards, coach lower-level analysts, and manage or escalate control issues.

Recommended qualifications and education

  • Recommended 5–8 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
  • Working knowledge of consulting or project management techniques and methods.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or changing expectations.
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

Salary range

  • Published full-time salary range is $94,300–$141,500; no compensation cadence is stated.
