Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk technology, application development, and model development activities.
• Establish and implement application systems and programs for specific business needs or user areas.
• Monitor analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation across the development lifecycle.
• Provide user and operational support for applications.
• Analyze complex application, business process, system process, and industry-standard issues.
• Recommend security measures and perform post-implementation analysis of business usage.
• Consult with users and technology groups and recommend advanced programming solutions.
• Help define operating standards and processes and coach new or lower-level analysts.
• Assess risk, follow applicable controls, and escalate compliance or control issues transparently.

Recommended Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications is required.
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects is required.
• Working knowledge of consulting or project management techniques and methods is required.
• The role requires the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
• A bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
