The D365 Finance & Operations Application Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP system.
The role focuses on resolving system issues, assisting end users, monitoring ERP processes, and ensuring business continuity across finance and supply chain modules.
Key Responsibilities
路聽聽聽
Provide day鈥憈o鈥慸ay functional support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Troubleshoot ERP transaction issues and system errors.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Support modules including Finance, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, and Sales.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and workflows.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist users with system navigation and best practices.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintain master data including vendors, customers, items, and financial dimensions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Participate in testing for system updates and enhancements.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Support the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, and Management Reporter.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Support the implementation and configuration of Supply Chain Management modules, including Purchasing, Inventory, and Sales.
路聽聽聽聽聽 聽聽Assist in ZATCA Phase-II e-invoicing implementation and compliance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Support system integration such as Payroll integration and API connectivity.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Participate in solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Assist in data migration, system troubleshooting, and user support.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionality.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Support system maintenance, issue resolution, and ongoing improvements after Go-Live.
Required Skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Understanding of ERP business processes in finance and supply chain.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to troubleshoot system and transaction errors.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with ERP incident and ticket management.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽Good communication and user support skills.
Qualifications

Education
:
Bachelor鈥檚 degree in information technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP platforms.
Strong understanding of ERP implementation and business process integration.
Experience
in finance, supply chain, or enterprise system modules is preferred.
Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
