The role

Your responsibilities

• Handle client calls and support tickets, assess needs, and respond to service requests, platform queries, and reported faults.
• Investigate and record technical issues, pursue resolution, and keep clients informed about progress and next steps.
• Update client settings and user access as requested, and check that changes are applied correctly.
• Involve colleagues or specialists when cases need deeper investigation.
• Help clients understand platform features and use them effectively in daily workflows.
• Improve guidance and internal documentation and suggest practical support-process changes based on support cases.
• Work a light shift pattern for client coverage, including public holidays when required.

Your skills and experience

• A degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
• One year of post-graduation experience in a technically focused role.
• An active interest in technology, including AI, with examples of exploring or using it outside work or formal study.
• A curious, methodical approach to troubleshooting and persistence in working through possible causes.
• Clear spoken and written English and confidence communicating with clients and colleagues at different levels of seniority.
• Strong organisational and follow-through skills, focused on understanding client needs and moving requests toward resolution.
