Part-time hybrid Application Support Analyst position based in Dubai, combining on-site work with work-from-home flexibility.

Provides day-to-day application and technical support for logistics-related systems.

Monitor application performance, resolve user issues, troubleshoot system errors, and escalate complex problems when needed.
Document incidents and assist with configuration changes.
Coordinate with IT and business teams to support smooth operation of core applications.
Support user training and communicate with stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements and documentation to enhance system reliability and user experience.

Strong application support and technical support skills; solid troubleshooting and analytical skills to investigate issues and propose practical solutions.
Clear, professional communication with users, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
Experience with enterprise or logistics applications, ticketing systems, and basic database or system monitoring tools is beneficial.
A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage part-time hours, and prioritize multiple support requests.
Familiarity with logistics operations or supply chain processes in KSA or the wider region is an advantage.
