Part-time Application Support Analyst supporting systems and tools used by URSP staff, scholars, and partners.

Hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with on-site work and remote, work-from-home flexibility.

Monitor application performance and respond to user inquiries.
Diagnose issues and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Assist with system configurations and user onboarding.
Document support procedures and maintain knowledge bases.
Collaborate with program teams to improve workflows and user experience.
Help ensure reliable access to platforms supporting mentoring, training, and application management.

Strong application support and technical support skills.
Analytical skills and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose, investigate, and resolve application-related issues.
Effective communication skills for assisting non-technical users, documenting solutions, and collaborating with team members.
Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a hybrid environment.
Commitment to equitable access to education and comfort working in a diverse, multicultural context.

Experience with ticketing or helpdesk tools, CRM or education management platforms, and basic database or reporting tools is beneficial.
Familiarity with educational programs, scholarships, or student support services is an advantage.
A relevant academic background in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
