Role description
Part-time hybrid Application Support Analyst role described as based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility for some work from home.
Provides daily application and technical support to internal users and clients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, respond to support tickets, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot incidents; escalate complex problems to engineering teams when needed.
- Document solutions and known issues, and assist with deployment or configuration changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate with stakeholders, and propose enhancements based on recurring issues.
Qualifications
- Strong application support skills, including user issue resolution and incident management.
- Analytical skills for investigating problems, interpreting logs, and identifying root causes.
- Technical support and troubleshooting abilities for software applications, integrations, and basic infrastructure components.
- Effective communication, solution documentation, and collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems and standard support workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
- Relevant application or IT support experience; technology or SaaS experience is advantageous.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or web technologies is beneficial.
