Application Specialist I
Role Overview
The Application Specialist I is responsible for performing one or more entry-level installation services, including window tints, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films.
This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic XPEL environment, providing the opportunity to develop technical skills while upholding XPEL’s industry-leading standards.
The Application Specialist I will support XPEL’s daily operations and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe, high-performance work environment.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent or local equivalent desired
- 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
- 6 months in application of automotive protective products (XPEL Preferred).
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform detailed tasks.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in one or more services (e.g., tinting and ceramic coatings) from recognized providers such as XPEL or 3M is preferred
