Requirements

• Management – Documenting business requirements and process adaptations in a structured manner and ensuring a smooth handover for technical realization. Governance & Improvement – Defining relevant KPIs, supporting key users and training activities, and driving continuous improvement across regions and subsidiaries. Your Profile – what you bring: Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification; alternatively vocational training with relevant professional experience. Experience in an interface function between Business and IT, preferably within customer service, logistics, order management, or data management. Knowledge of application management and preferably hands-on experience with SAP. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and structured solution concepts.
