The company produces galvanized, stainless steel, and mild steel ductwork, along with sound attenuators, acoustic louvers, VAV terminals, air filters, volume control dampers, access doors, and related components.
All products are designed and manufactured in line with SMACNA, DW142, DW144, and other recognized international standards.
DUCTPRO operates under a Quality Management System certified to ISO 9000 and ISO 9000:2015, ensuring stringent quality control throughout manufacturing and assembly.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HVAC Sales Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The HVAC Sales Engineer will identify and develop business opportunities for ductwork and related HVAC products, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and follow up on quotations to secure orders.
Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, coordinating with the engineering and production teams to propose compliant and cost-effective solutions, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, consultants, and contractors.
The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, conducting site visits and meetings, and tracking project pipelines from inquiry to delivery.
The HVAC Sales Engineer will also support forecasting and reporting activities, monitor market trends and competitor offerings, and ensure that all sales activities adhere to company quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong technical skills in HVAC Engineering and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and applications.
- Candidates should possess skills in HVAC Design and the ability to interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools relevant to HVAC layouts and coordination.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HVAC Maintenance & Repair principles to advise clients on lifecycle performance and service requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or technical sales within the construction or MEP industry, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, manage multiple inquiries, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with international HVAC and ductwork standards (e.g., SMACNA, DW142, DW144) is highly desirable.

- Proven track record in HVAC sales with
- 3–5 years of UAE experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; knowledge of
Arabic

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.**

Autocad
and Arabic language will be preferred.
