Value Creation is looking for a versatile and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is eager to support various aspects of a Japanese luxury retail business, from backend operations to creative content support.
Key Responsibilities
- Online Sales Support: Assist the sales team with managing online inquiries, updating product listings, and ensuring a seamless experience for our digital customers.
- Logistics & Fulfillment: Handle the careful packing of luxury items and coordinate with courier services for timely domestic and international shipping.
- Photography Assistance: Support our creative team during product shoots. This includes preparing items for photography, managing equipment, and ensuring items are showcased to our high standards.
- General Administration: Provide day-to-day office support, including data entry, filing, managing supplies, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (especially when handling high-value items).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Computer skills is a must.
- A basic understanding of or interest in photography and social media trends.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different roles within the company.
- Previous experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus.
