Qualifications
- Translation: Partner closely with IT Asset Managers, Procurement, and ITIL process owners to translate business licensing rules into technical platform specifications. Knowledge Transfer: Author technical architecture documents, administrative runbooks, and user-facing knowledge bases; mentor and onboard fellow team members.
- What Sets You Apart: Requires a Bachelor's degree computer science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or related field and 5 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 4 years of prior relevant experience additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree. At least 4 years of ServiceNow development and scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, XML), with deep proficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and API integrations. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- US Pay Range$108,000—$119,000 USD
