Application Engineer - Bilingual in Korean (MI)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Application Engineer to support IT and manufacturing application systems for EV battery production facilities across North America.
This role combines IT knowledge with manufacturing operations to support factory automation, troubleshoot production systems, and improve manufacturing efficiency.
The ideal candidate has experience with manufacturing systems, enjoys solving technical problems, and is eager to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, IT Systems, or Manufacturing System Management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle SQL.
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems such as: MES WMS ERP MCS
- MES
- WMS

- MCS
- Familiarity with factory automation environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Korean language skills are a plus.
- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
- Up to 30% travel required.
- Business trips may range from 1 to 5 weeks depending on project needs.
