The Product Specialist is positioned at the intersection of high business proximity and high standardization, serving as a key enabler of ERP product evolution across the organization.

Regional process and ERP configuration implications

Critical ticket escalation

Specialist expertise support for critical tickets

Delivery priorities (Run / Enhance / Converge)

Governance Touchpoints

Weekly

Prioritize enhancements, review progress, & validate alignment with business

Bi-Weekly

Review escalations, validate knowledge gaps, and define industrialization actions

Monthly

Align regional roadmap with global strategy and assess value delivery
