Position Summary

Solution Design and Development

• Design and develop integration solutions using data models, data transfer, event-based processing, REST APIs, message queues, and remote process execution.
• Process structured and unstructured data, including images, videos, and model files.
• Develop custom applications on the Palantir AI platform and integrate them into the enterprise application ecosystem.
• Create reusable, modular solutions and maintain a robust integration environment.
• Support application and platform procurement by evaluating technical capabilities.

Support and Administration

• Provide technical support and guidance for efficient resolution of application issues.
• Respond to application-team queries in a timely manner to reduce disruption to end users.

Security and Delivery

• Follow security practices covering input validation, output encoding, secrets, least privilege, cryptography, log sanitization, and threat modeling.
• Promote shift-left security for pipelines, secrets management, and software supply chain functions.
• Manage projects and tasks using best practices and an Agile mindset.
• Improve performance, automate workflows, and enhance end-user experience.

Internal Relationships

• Partner with internal IT staff, business system analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and implement user stories effectively.
• Keep current with tools and platforms through vendor events and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with an enterprise iPaaS such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or SnapLogic; Boomi experience is preferred.
• Strong database, API-driven integration, SQL, JSON, and XML knowledge.
• Three to five years of modern-stack application development experience building RESTful services, event-driven components, and CI/CD-backed deployments.
• Working knowledge of DevSecOps practices, security scanning, and severity-based remediation workflows.
• Practical experience with secure file transfer, key management, and PGP encryption in automated pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred and Additional Experience

• Experience developing solutions on an AI platform such as Palantir is a plus.
• Familiarity with containers and cloud services is a plus.
• Examples of relevant tools include Checkmarx, OWASP, GitHub, Snyk, Terrascan, and Terraform.
• Modern application stacks may include .NET, C#, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or Ruby.
