Role overview

Application development and operations

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications for daily business operations and long-term growth.
• Automate processes and improve workflows to increase operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
• Optimize database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance to strengthen data integrity and reduce infrastructure usage.
• Implement secure coding and compliance standards.
• Monitor systems, tune performance, troubleshoot incidents, and minimize service disruption.
• Collaborate with QA on testing and defect resolution; develop test cases and perform software quality assurance.
• Support deployments, releases, and development, test, and production environments.
• Gather requirements, incorporate user feedback, coordinate with stakeholders, and communicate project updates.
• Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and technology selection.

Education and experience
