Role overview

Application support and delivery

• Manage configurations, internal support, and vendor management; independently contribute to solution design, configuration, build, and daily support.
• Respond to incidents, notify internal customers, assess and communicate impact, and identify root causes.
• Monitor and test new releases, systems, changes, and fixes to support effective implementation.
• Provide consultative day-to-day support to business-line clients and communicate technical solutions clearly.
• Manage concurrent projects and tasks and prepare technical and formal process documentation.

Business partnership and enhancements

• Partner with business stakeholders to solve problems and liaise among IT, software vendors, and business lines, including Digital Platform, Deposit Operations, Client Care, and Technical Support.
• Collect, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements for system enhancements and projects.
• Build knowledge of business needs and opportunities related to application and IT platform solutions.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expert knowledge in Retail Online Banking.
• Prior expertise in Retail banking, Core banking, Teller banking, or application management is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks and communicate effectively in writing and verbally to varied audiences.

Compensation

• Salary range is USD 63,600–124,800 per year, plus bonus; the stated range covers all levels of the role across the United States.
