About This Role

Consultant – AppDynamics Specialist

Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Duration - 12 months

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Consultant – AppDynamics Specialist to support application performance monitoring and observability initiatives for our clients. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional with hands-on AppDynamics experience, a passion for technology, and the ability to work closely with customer teams to deliver high-quality implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Instrument and monitor complex applications using AppDynamics
  • Configure and customize AppDynamics solutions to meet client requirements
  • Build and manage Health Rules , Alerts , and custom Dashboards
  • Work directly with customer teams to gather technical requirements and support successful project delivery
  • Provide technical expertise in application instrumentation across environments such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or PHP
  • Contribute to performance optimization and application health monitoring initiatives

Requirements

  • Based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
  • Strong technical background in at least one of the following: Java, .NET, Node.js, PHP
  • Proven hands-on experience with AppDynamics implementation and instrumentation
  • Strong understanding of application performance monitoring concepts
  • DevOps experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
  • Strong command of English ; Arabic is a plus
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and genuine enthusiasm for technology

Certifications

  • AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional (ACIP) – required
  • ITIL – preferred
