The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Wholesale Sales Specialist to spearhead our B2B growth.
Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our distribution network across the GCC.
Your primary focus will be managing relationships with key accounts, category managers, and buyers within major fashion retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B Distribution: Identify, pitch, and secure new wholesale listings and shelf space for our apparel and personal care brands across the region.
- Key Account Management: Maintain and scale existing relationships with major retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarket networks in the UAE, KSA, and Bahrain.
- Collection & Product Presentations: Confidently present apparel ranges and personal care lines to corporate buyers, aligning product offerings with consumer demand.
- Commercial Negotiation: Manage pricing, margin structures, volume discounts, and credit terms to maximize profitability and secure optimal shelf placement.
- Order & Delivery Coordination: Oversee bulk order placement and collaborate closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless regional delivery.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor FMCG and apparel retail trends, competitor pricing, and stock movements to provide feedback to internal production and management teams.
What We Are Looking For
- Apparel & Personal Care Sales Expertise: Proven B2B wholesale or key account management experience in apparel, clothing, or personal care consumer goods is highly preferred.
- UAE & GCC Market Experience: Prior UAE/GCC experience is preferred. A proven track record of dealing with FMCG buyers, hypermarket chains, and major retail groups in the region is a massive advantage.
- Supermarket/Hypermarket Network: Familiarity with the procurement and listing processes of major regional supermarket and hypermarket groups.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication, sharp negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor suited for corporate retail buyers.
- Mobility: Ability to work on-site in Dubai and travel within the UAE, KSA, and Bahrain as required to manage key retail accounts.
