Unicorns Now ApS is a fast-moving company building and scaling digital products, apps, and online brands across multiple industries including SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, AI tools, and mobile apps.
We are looking for a highly ambitious and execution-focused App Growth & Marketing Expert to join our Dubai office and help scale exciting consumer and B2B products globally.
This is not a “corporate marketing manager” role.
We are looking for someone obsessed with growth, user acquisition, retention, viral loops, paid ads, conversion optimization, and scaling apps fast.
What You’ll Be Working On
- You will work directly with founders and internal teams on scaling apps and digital products through:
- Mobile app growth strategies
- Paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat)
• App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Viral marketing campaigns
- UGC creator campaigns
- Influencer collaborations
- Email marketing & retention
- Conversion optimization
- Analytics & reporting
- Growth experiments and A/B testing
- Social media strategy
- Landing page optimization
- AI-assisted marketing workflows
- Creative testing and performance analysis
- You may work across multiple exciting brands and projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute growth campaigns for apps and digital products
- Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns
- Improve CAC, retention, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with designers, creators, and developers
- Find creative ways to scale user acquisition
- Analyze data and identify growth opportunities
- Create and test ad creatives and hooks
- Build influencer and UGC partnerships
- Help shape product positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Stay updated on latest trends in app growth and digital marketing
Requirements
- Strong understanding of mobile app growth
- Experience running paid ads at scale
- Understanding of ASO and app funnels
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset
- Creative thinker with execution power
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Fluent in English
- Experience with tools like Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel, GA4 or similar is a plus
- Experience with AI tools and automation is a plus
