Anti-Fraud Specialist

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions and identify suspicious or unusual activities
• Review fraud alerts and support fraud investigations
• Analyze financial disputes and chargeback cases
• Apply fraud rules, procedures, and escalation processes
• Escalate high-risk cases and provide recommendations when required
• Document fraud cases and maintain accurate records
• Monitor fraud trends, patterns, and abnormal behaviors
• Work closely with Fraud, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams
• Support continuous improvement of fraud controls and operational procedures

Requirements

• Understanding of fraud concepts related to online payments, digital wallets, and card transactions
• Ability to analyze suspicious transactions and distinguish between fraudulent and legitimate activities
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good understanding of fraud prevention procedures, internal controls, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and coordination skills in Arabic and English
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma is preferred
