Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform the mounting, cabling of AESA antennas and passive sub-elements in line with procedures and quality standards
- Support the near-field tuning and test team during the AESA antennas test campaigns in anechoic chamber
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including test reports, issue tracking, and performance analysis, ensuring accurate records for future reference
- Actively contribute to process improvements in antennas mounting/cabling procedures, driving efficiency and quality enhancements
- Act as a mentor and technical referent, guiding junior technicians in the proper execution of building blocks and antennas integrations
Work Experience Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the integration of complex sub-systems, ideally in defense and/or space applications.
Experience
in radiofrequencies measurement is a strong plus.
Qualification, Certification & Educational Requirements
- * Bachelor's in manufacturing.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in assembly, integration and tests of systems or sub-systems
- Good knowledge of power and tests benches (user profile)
- Ability to take part of technical troubleshooting campaigns
- Ability to lead, guide, and mentor junior technicians, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing
- Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify anomalies, and suggest corrective actions
- Ability to drive improvements in testing processes and methodologies, optimizing the efficiency and quality of products/sub-systems integration
- You speak English with excellent communication. Arabic is a strong plus.
